Upper Secondary education programmes in Denmark

Viden Djurs have two different three-year upper Secondary education programmes that prepare 16 to 19-year-olds for higher education:

The Higher Commercial Examination Programme (HHX) focuses on business and socio-economic disciplines in combination with foreign languages and other general subjects.
The Higher Technical Examination Programme (HTX) has its focus on technological and scientific subjects in combination with general subjects, and the basic idea is to combine theory and practice in problem-based learning.

All our classes are laptop classes, and we have integrated ICT in teaching and learning for a number of years. It is our goal to expand these experiences in our contacts with other schools within the EU and the rest of the world to create virtual learning environments.
